The phone from HTC are really good, upto the point one doesn't need to have them serviced or repaired. I had a broken screen and I was said that my device would be ready within a week. I walk in the service center one week later and the arses say "when did we promise the device would be ready with in a week" they go on to waste another week. Not just that when questioned why the job sheet was not properly filled on their part they star swearing and cursing like drunk sailors. I an surely not buying an HTC again. Samsung and Apple have much better service at approximately the same price.
ReplyDeleteIf you are considering to buy an HTC device pleas stop and reconsider if this is really worth it. Buying an device specially an flagship smartphone is a mid-term serious investment. As the service center and the customer monumental do not give a sit attitude goes with my experience. Please read the reviews for the service centers as well. As this could be a crucial need when one has to visit.
As for the phone the device is really good with acceptable sound reception and a good UI. Definitely not stock android with a lightweight sense skin. The camera is great too. But, not a good value for money as the service centers aforementioned do not give a sit and f* customer attitude.
