ReplyDeleteI am having a redmi A1, which I bought recently. Couple of days back I was riding my bike with my phone on front pant pocket. When I stopped the bike and took the phone out for attending a call, I noticed there was a crack on the screen. I highly doubt about the quality of xiaomi phone that are delivered in India. I called your customer care team and the response I got was pathetic from their side. In the specifications it is mentioned as the phone comes with a gorilla glass, which is so called the hardest one and broke with out even falling down. I don't know how it was broken when it was in my pants pocket. Please look forward into this issue and give a proper solution.
The service center that is near to me is in karamana, Thiruvananthapuram and there only I called and got the response like it's not possible to do any thing. I am also having a redmi note 4, if that would have been broken I Will accept that as it's not having any gorilla glass in it. But in this case even after having gorilla glass this thing happened. Please make sure that you people will give a proper resolution to this issue.
