the one who attended me was anvidita
i went to the center on 25/09/17 2:30 pm i was told to wait for half an hour till the phone was checked. half hour later i was told that my issues is resolvable and free of cost as phone is in warranty period.
i got a call from moto center on 27/09/17 saying there's liquid problem in my phone (water went inside the phone). and i will have to get my complete motherboard replace.
service charge bill. THEY ARE DENYING THEIR LIABILITY TO REPLACE/ REPAIR ONLY 3 MONTHS OLD MOTOG5+ PHONE BY CITING FAKE REASONS.
